Mental Health Services
People with mental illness and/or addictions are provided with supports and assistance to live in the community and are helped to make meaningful change.
Supportive Housing
The Access Point facilitates linkages to supportive housing with various levels of support including shared housing as well as independent housing.
Information for Service Users
Within The Access Point network, there are more than 50 service provider partners involved in the network who accept applications for vacancies via The Access Point.
Waiting List Analysis Highlights
The Access Point, CMHA Toronto, and the Wellesley Institute have collaborated to review the needs of people waiting for supportive housing – a critical support for people living with mental illness or addictions or experiencing homelessness. In Toronto, more than 14,000 people are currently on the waitlist for supportive housing.
