- Art Manuel House-Regeneration Community Services Art Manuel House is a Managed Alcohol Program that provides 24 hour, harm reduction based, high-support housing within a family style home in Rexdale. It has integrated, in-house health services and access to ongoing psychiatric services as well as Intensive Case Management (ICM) provided by TCAT.In order to qualify for this housing program, an applicant must have an alcohol dependency, be 19 years of age or older, have a long history of street drinking and a history of unsuccessful treatment attempts.

People who need rent-geared-to-income housing must apply through Housing Connections and keep their information up to date. Housing Help workers have information about available housing and can help fill out housing applications. They can also help talk to landlords or give advice on housing issues, income support programs and eviction prevention.
